Please keep in mind, this initial process is foster-to-adopt. An adoption contract will follow, after a successful foster-to-adopt period.
Fostering
Interested in fostering an animal? We are a volunteer-based animal welfare group and have no shelter. So we depend on fosters to help temporarily house animals. Fill out the form below and check the foster radio button. We will follow-up with you.
Animals in Urgent Need of Fostering
Regardless of fostering-to-adpot or fostering:
To fill out the form, we require three references and a veterinary reference. They must not be family references and you will need a contact phone number for them. Employer and volunteer references are preferred.
We also need a copy of your driver's license. If you decide not to upload a photo of your driver's license with this form, you will need to text it to 631.306.4616.
A successful home check will also be required, to complete the process.
